The CVRG has integrated a number of open source software products and developed a number of tools internally. To assist our community in using these tools we have compiled a list of video demonstrations/user guides for each of the tools within the CVRG.
These are:

OpenClinica
OpenClinica has a User Resources webpage dedicated to instructing users in how to use OpenClinica. Within that page, there is a 33-minute video demonstration as well as tutorial videos on using the system.
CVRG ECG Gadget
The CVRG ECG Gadget has a demonstration video and a step-by-step guide available.

RSNA MIRC
RSNA MIRC has a Clinical Trial Administrator's guide available.
Seg3D
Seg3D has a User Documentation section on its website. The CVRG team has developed a step-by-step guide to segmenting images with Seg3D, which has been cited by the Seg3D documentation.
Large Diffeomorphic Metric Mapping (LDDMM)
LDDMM has a set of tutorials available under the LDDMM Suite heading. A majority of the work within the CVRG involves lddmm-volume. A direct link to that tutorial is here.
