Segmentation Overview

The purpose of segmentation is to create a segmented volume where the region of interest is binary or greyscale, and the remainder of the volume voxels are set to value zero.

Seg3D is a segmentation tool developed by the NIH Center for Integrative Biomedical Computing at the University of Utah Scientific Computing and Imaging (SCI) Institute.
